This policy outlines the refund terms for purchases made through the Smart Woman Guide website (www.smartwomanguide.com, NicoleJolie.com, sociallysmashing.com or any of our sites).
Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy is strict and clearly defined below.
Please review carefully before making any purchase.
Section 1: Digital Products
All sales of digital products (e.g., e-books, guides, downloadable resources, courses, templates) are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, technical difficulties on the purchaser's end (e.g., incompatible devices, inability to download), or failure to utilize the product. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund policy and agree to be bound by it.
Section 2: Booked Consultation CallsConsultation calls (Calls) are subject to the following terms:
1. Booking and Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your Call slot. You will be required to complete an intake form prior to your Call.
2. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your scheduled Call less than 24 hours before the appointed start time, you will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
3. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled Call at the appointed time without prior notice constitutes a No-Show. No-Shows are not eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
4. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a Call must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made within this timeframe, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not constitute an exception to the refund policy.

6. Technical Setup: You must join the Call using Zoom (as specified in the intake form) with your camera turned on for the entire duration of the Call.
7. Environment: You must be in a well-lit, quiet, private environment free from distractions or background noise that compromises the call quality or confidentiality. You must be easily seen and heard.
8. Camera Visibility: Your camera must clearly show your face throughout the entire Call for identity verification and to facilitate a confidential, personalized consultation.
9. Documentation: You must provide all necessary information, documentation, or materials specified in the intake form or required for the specific Call purpose at the beginning of the scheduled Call time.
10. No Exceptions: Failure to meet any of these requirements (e.g., camera off, poor lighting/audio, loud environment, missing documentation/information) at the scheduled start time will result in the immediate forfeiture of your Call.
We do not offer makeup calls, partial calls, reschedules, or refunds if you are unprepared (e.g., forgot documentation, didn't have Zoom installed, camera malfunction on your end, poor environment) or fail to meet the technical/environmental requirements at the scheduled time.
This policy is strictly enforced due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the information often discussed and to ensure the quality and integrity of the service provided within the allotted time.
