Lawful Basis for Collecting Your Information


You, the “user” are opting into our site.  We have the right to identify you upon entering our site, using our site and gathering information about you on our site.  We reserve the right to process your data to send you emails, keep you updated as per your complete willingness to provide your name and email about our offers.


We retain your name and email address as long as you are a subscriber.  Upon designation of unsubscribing you are no longer in our system and are deleted from our email list.  Your information is not sold, it is not redirected or shared to third parties.

As of 2018 we go through the blockchain to process payments. Your information is kept solely in your wallet and is controlled by you, we have nothing to do with your wallet, your personal information or whom you supply it to.  The only personal information you provide to us is your email and your name.


Successors. If we sell or otherwise transfer part or all of our business or assets to another organization, such as in the course of an acquisition, merger, bankruptcy or liquidation, we may transfer your Personal Information and Usage Data.


In such an event, we will require the buyer or transferee to agree to our commitments provided in this Privacy Policy.

Types of tracking

we use heatmaps, google tracking, facebook pixel tracking and other types of third party tracking to monitor our site so that we know who is visiting from where, why, when and what they’re clicking on so that we have a better idea of our target market.  By law we can do this, and it’s part of your opting into our site. We do not track your behavior outside of our site. We just don’t care. We track what you do on our site, our affiliate sites that we own and who you are. Once you click off our sites, we have no control over your personal information and are not liable for anything you do.  




Your access to Nicole Jolie is through a membership portal.


You must use your login information including email and password, specific to you.


You are responsible for setting these up when you pay to become a member.

We do not refuse requests.  Although, according to the GDPR we can refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded

When we refuse a request, we will send you an email as to why to the email on file and you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority which would your legal offices of the GDPR in your area.  We do not have control over where you live or these offices.


Your California Privacy Rights. Under California Law SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared.


To make such a request, please send an email to the email address provided in our contact information below and include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line, the domain name of the Web site you are inquiring about, along with your name, address and email address.


According to GDPR We will respond to you within thirty days of receiving such a request.




You, the user, has given consent upon entering your name and email address on this site to enter into a contractual agreement with Nicole Jolie to receive information from us regarding blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets and any information regarding the new markets.


You have the right to have your data deleted.  You only have to press the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.  We do not keep your email, we do not sell your email we delete your email in full and we never contact you again.  


If you, the user, happens to sign up with the same email you unsubscribed with previously, in the future, we have no control over your sign up.  


You will have to unsubscribe if you get more emails from us.  


If you keep unsubscribing and resubscribing and then you LIE about doing so and cause problems legally because you keep unsubscribing and resubscribing using the same email, we reserve the right to prosecute you because we do not have control over your email or your erroneous behavior on your computer.




By clicking the button on our website, opting in, watching the webinars on our sites, opting in to watch webinars on our sites, opting in for watching or being a part of summits on our site, or any other offers Nicole Jolie has on their site(s), you are consenting.

Hotjar – We use heatmapping to understand what users want, care about and do on our site by visually representing their clicks, taps and scrolling behavior – which are the strongest indicators of visitor motivation and desire.

We do not store your email address, your name or any of your information on our site.  Our third party email providers store your information on SSL secured and 128-bit encrypted servers.  


Upon the blockchain coming out with more cybersecurity protocols we will be shifting our information to that technology whereby you will have full responsibility for the information you share.




We do not store your data.  We access your data through third party email autoresponder companies paid to keep your data safe and secure with 128-bit encryption and SSL certificates.  




We operate out of the United States.  We do not house any operations in other countries, therefore we do not comply to the GDPR international lead authority.  




Any Personal Information which we may collect on this site may be stored and processed on third party servers of our email autoresponder company.  You will see that company at the bottom of the emails we send to you. We have no control over the third party company.


Our site is hosted by Clickfunnels and the registrar is GoDaddy.  These companies have their own legal policies in place. We do not have control over these policies.  We are not liable for third parties.


Their servers may be located outside of the our servers located in the United States or in any other country in which we, or our affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities.


If these companies have servers outside the USA, then by using this site, you consent to any such transfer of Personal Information outside your country of residence to any such location.




Upon request, we will permit you to request or make changes or updates to your Personal Information for legitimate purposes.


We request identification prior to approving such requests. We reserve the right to decline any requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require unreasonable time or effort of our technical or administrative personnel, or undermine the privacy rights of others.


We reserve the right to permit you to access your Personal Information in any account you establish with this site for purposes of making your own changes or updates, and in such case, instructions for making such changes or updates will be provided where necessary.
