COLLABORATIVE SERVICE - USER RESPONSIBILITY
Be Socially Smashing provides AI Search Consulting services through a collaborative approach. This means:

  • You are 100% responsible for creating, posting, and managing ALL content including but not limited to social media posts, videos, articles, podcasts, interviews, and any other public-facing materials
  • You are responsible for implementing the strategies and recommendations provided by Nicole Jolie or Be Socially Smashing, LLC
  • You are ultimately responsible for your AI Search Visibility and Scoring that AI Generative Engine Optimization third party software share with you and any changes to it
  • Your success depends entirely on your own efforts, consistency, and implementation of our guidance

WE ARE NOT A POSTING SERVICE
Nicole JOlie and Be Socially Smashing, LLC are NOT:

  • A social media management company
  • A content creation service
  • A posting service
  • A "done-for-you" service
We provide done-with-you strategic guidance, analysis, and content, posting and creative consulting. All execution and implementation is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed based on the systems set up for your business.

NO SOFTWARE OR THIRD PARTY GUARANTEES
This is a done-with-you service. We help you build and set up systems, but we do not control any third-party tools or platforms you choose to use. We do not make any promises about how third-party software will work. This includes updates, outages, feature changes, pricing changes, service limits, or integrations.
